Her previous roles include SVP, Head of Thomson Reuters Innovation Labs; VP and Global Head of Data Science and AI for Bayer; and other global leadership positions in data and AI for Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. A builder of high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams, Helena is a frequent keynote speaker on AI in business and sustainable digital and organisation transformation.

Dickon Laws is Vice President of Product Strategy at WPP, shaping group-wide approaches to innovation, immersive technologies, and transformational products. A former product designer, Dickon previously spent a decade at Ogilvy as Global Head of Innovation, where he established the Emerging Experience Lab (AKA Reality) and built Ogilvy’s global innovation community—recognised by Fast Company as one of the world’s most innovative companies in 2023. His career has spanned applied innovation, digital transformation, and strategy for clients across aviation, telecoms, consumer health, sport, sovereign funding, and financial services.

Jess Percival, Research & Insights Lead, Snap. Inc

Jess Percival has over a decade of experience in insights for tech and media giants including Twitter UK, Channel 4, and Samsung. She is an expert in trend analysis, data storytelling and thought leadership. In her current role as Research & Insights Lead at Snapchat, she directs strategic research to pinpoint audience trends around passion points and key cultural moments, helping brands to authentically connect with Snapchatters.

Eric Knight, Media Investment Lead, OMODA & JAECOO UK (Chery Group)

Eric Knight leads media investment and brand strategy at OMODA & JAECOO UK, while also supporting broader Chery initiatives in the UK. A Harvard graduate, he has played a key role in driving the brands’ rapid rise—topping 10,800 registrations in Q3 2025 and reaching 3.45% UK market share, with over 32,000 cars sold in the past 12 months. Under his leadership, OMODA & JAECOO has cemented its position as one of the UK’s fastest-growing automotive brands. Previously, Eric held senior roles at Publicis and Dentsu, delivering growth for Porsche, Audi, and Starbucks. He’s passionate about how AI and connected data are reshaping consumer understanding and brand experiences.
