Lynda has been with YouGov since 2008. Having previously been Head of Global Operations, her remit expanded in 2015 to include creating our Centres of Excellence (CENX) model. Since then, through establishing five CENX hubs she has overseen many departments centralising and standardising the services they provide, increasing productivity and optimising our ability to control staff costs. In 2021 Lynda was appointed our Chief Business Operations Officer, now driving improved operational efficiency across a wider range of business areas. Prior to joining YouGov, Lynda worked in various operations roles at a number of Market Research agencies, including IFF Research, ICM and GfK. Lynda sponsors our Race & Culture Diversity and Inclusion network and is an active member of our internal mentoring programme.
