Davey Chadwick, Head of US Sport - Client Services, YouGov Sport

Davey Chadwick is Head of YouGov Sport US – Client Services, where he leads a national team spanning Data Products, Custom Research, and Media Valuation. In this role, he partners with leading organizations across the sports and entertainment industry to translate data into strategy — helping clients strengthen sponsorship outcomes, sharpen marketing approaches, and capture more value from media investments.

His career reflects a balance of consulting, team-side, and agency experience. Davey began at Deloitte in consulting before moving into the sports world with the Philadelphia Flyers, CSM (now Wasserman), and Madison Square Garden, where he built expertise across commercial strategy, partnerships, and client delivery. This combination of perspectives now informs his leadership at YouGov, where he is focused on elevating the role of data in decision-making and pushing the boundaries of how insights can drive growth for clients.

Davey earned his Master’s in Sports Management from Columbia University and graduated summa cum laude from William & Mary with a BBA in Marketing.

Lauren Greenfield, Vice President, Partnership Solutions, Washington Commanders

Lauren Greenfield is Vice President of Partnership Solutions for the Washington Commanders, overseeing the team’s corporate partnership strategy.

In her role, Lauren focuses on innovative ways to create value for both new and existing sponsors – developing go-to-market strategy, examining industry-wide best practices, building sponsorable platforms across the business and liaising with internal and external constituents across the NFL and broader industry.

Prior to joining the Commanders, Lauren oversaw partnership strategy for Monumental Sports & Entertainment and their portfolio of properties across the NBA & NHL. She began her career at National Hockey League headquarters in New York City. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a master’s from Georgetown University.

Jake Gore, Director, Partnership Solutions, Washington Commanders

Jake Gore is the Director of Partnership Solutions for the Washington Commanders, overseeing the team’s corporate partnership data strategy and reporting. In his role, Jake focuses on leveraging data-backed insights to help optimize new partner outreach and current partner retention/engagement. He manages the team's CRM and partnership measurement platforms and helps lead the team's partnerships pipeline and sales development strategy.

Prior to joining the Commanders, Jake worked on the Strategic Partnerships team with the Washington Nationals. He began his career in technology consulting with Deloitte. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Santiago Lucio is Head of Sales for LaLiga North America, where he crafts innovative, high-impact business solutions for brands and organizations using soccer’s unparalleled commercial platform.

With a sharp focus on strategic partnerships—such as spearheading LaLiga’s multi-year collaboration with Remitly—he leverages the power of sport to drive engagement, cultural connection, and commercial growth across North American markets.

Asdrid Vasquez, Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions, LaLiga North America

Asdrid Vasquez is a seasoned brand strategist and marketing specialist in media, entertainment, and sports. As Senior Manager of Marketing Solutions at LaLiga, she orchestrates brand campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Previously, she served as Brand Marketing & Strategic Planning Manager at Nickelodeon and Brand Marketing Coordinator at NBCUniversal, bringing a dynamic blend of creative strategy and cross-platform marketing expertise.
