Holiday Snow Sinks Airlines’ Consumer Ratings

The recent holiday snowstorm that blanketed much of the east coast of the U.S. resulted in 1,000s of canceled flights and many more stranded passengers. While the weather was the cause of all the disruption, as expected, the flying public placed the blame squarely with the airlines. No doubt airlines are hoping that the image hit will be short and fade along with the melting snow .
