In October 2025, Samsung claimed the title of Advertiser of the Month in Denmark, following a sharp rise in Ad Awareness. The tech giant saw its score climb from 9.8% at the start of the month to 17.6% by month’s end – an impressive 7.8 percentage point increase. This surge coincided with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 campaign, which emphasized innovation, flexibility, and premium design. The campaign leveraged immersive video ads, influencer partnerships, and experiential pop-up events across Copenhagen and Aarhus, creating strong engagement among tech-savvy consumers.
Samsung’s success underscores the power of timely product launches paired with multi-channel activation. In a competitive market, brands that combine innovation-driven narratives with localized engagement can significantly boost awareness and consideration.
Other Notable Movers
Mr Green maintained strong visibility, leading the chart with Ad Awareness above 30% throughout October. The brand’s sustained performance reflects its sports betting and gaming promotions, supported by dynamic digital campaigns and loyalty-driven messaging.
BYD, the Chinese EV manufacturer, continued its upward trajectory, rising from 3.2% to 9.4%. BYD’s growth was fueled by aggressive outdoor advertising and digital storytelling around sustainability, appealing to Denmark’s eco-conscious audience.
Methodology: BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. A brand’s Ad Awareness score is based on the question: “Which of the following consumer brands have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?” and delivered as a percentage. The data is based on the interviews of Danish adults aged 18+ between October 1st and October 31st, 2025. Learn more about BrandIndex.
