Bermuda is becoming the first place in the world to abolish same‑sex marriage, replacing it with domestic partnerships. A Supreme Court decision introduced same-sex marriage last year, but the Bermuda government has passed a law reversing the decision and replacing same-sex marriage with domestic partnerships.
