The courts are currently considering a case where a leading businessman has been accused of bullying and sexual harassment. The businessman has reached a legal settlement with his alleged victims, including "substantial payments" and a non‑disclosure agreement. The courts are currently considering whether or not the media should be allowed to identify the businessman and report the allegations. Some have said that it would be in the public interest for the accused businessman to be identified, others have said it would breach the confidentiality of the contract between the businessman and his accusers. Do you think the newspapers should or should not be allowed to identify the businessman and the allegations against him?
