YouGov Retailer Appreciation Report 2026
Every summer and winter, Belgian shoppers tell us which retailers stand out. Based on thousands of shopper evaluations, the YouGov Retailer Appreciation Report benchmarks retailers on key dimensions: prices, attractive offers, assortment, quality, store appearance and friendliness.
To recognize outstanding retailer performance, three awards are also granted each year:
- The Top National Retailer Award, recognizing the highest-rated national retailer
- The Top Regional Retailer Award, honoring the best-performing regional retailer.
- The Most Growing Retailer Award, celebrating the retailer that achieved the greatest improvement compared with the previous reporting period.
