July’s Vietnam Advertisers of the Month are Omachi, Panasonic, and Abbott, each showing significant increases in Ad Awareness as tracked by YouGov BrandIndex. Ad Awareness measures the percentage of consumers who have seen an advertisement for a brand in the past two weeks.

Omachi leads with a rise in Ad Awareness, moving from 24.8% on 27 June to 36.0% on 24 July, an increase of 11.2 percentage points. This period followed the large-scale Omachi Debut 2025 – Quán Xá Châu Á event, which included a parade along Lê Lợi Avenue, multiple branded floats, and appearances by well-known figures.

Panasonic follows with an increase in Ad Awareness from 27.8% on 27 June to 36.7% on 24 July, a gain of 8.9 percentage points. The brand continues to maintain a visible presence in Vietnam’s electronics and home appliances sector.

Abbott rounds out the top three with an increase in Ad Awareness from 6.5% on 27 June to 14.4% on 22 July, up by 7.9 percentage points. In July, Abbott’s presence was supported by the rollout of creative work for the Abbott Grow Gold – Summer Campaign 2025, showcased across digital platforms.

Methodology: YouGov BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. A brand’s Ad Awareness score is based on the question: “Which of the following consumer brands have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?” (% Yes). Data from surveys of adults aged 18 years and above residing in Vietnam from 26 June to 24 July 2025. Ad Awareness scores are based on a four-week moving average. The change in scores for each brand is calculated by taking the difference between the highest and lowest scoring days within the period.
