Deputy Head of Elections and Political and Social Data

Beth is Deputy Head of Elections and Political and Social Data at YouGov, having joined the company in 2021. She holds a BSc in Criminology and an MSc in Social Data Science.

Beth specialises in using advanced experimental techniques to explore social and political attitudes and support the development of effective campaign and messaging materials. She has also supported on building several MRP models for national elections, including in the UK (2024), Catalonia (2024), and Australia (2025).

Since joining YouGov, she has worked with a range of high-profile clients including numerous political parties, media-outlets, charities and think-tanks, helping them to understand their audience and issues through cutting-edge analytics.

She is also a media spokesperson for the team.
