She has a strong track record of leading complex matrix organisations through periods of transformation and acquisition, accelerating performance and strengthening commercial and operating models. Laura brings deep expertise in data and innovation, shaped through senior leadership roles at Kantar and Dynata, where she led expansion in new and existing markets, as well as digital transformation. She is an advocate for high-quality data and developing our talent pool to deliver long-term value for clients and our business.
