Latest YouGov Westminster voting intention figures

The latest YouGov voting intention poll for The Times and Sky News, the first since Andy Burnham became prime minister on Monday, shows a similarly close race to our previous poll, with Reform UK on 23% of the vote, Labour on 21% and the Conservatives on 20%.

  • Reform UK: 23% (no change from 19-20 Jul)
  • Labour: 21% (+1)
  • Conservatives: 20% (-1)
  • Lib Dems: 14% (+2)
  • Greens: 13% (-1)
  • Restore Britain: 4% (+1)
  • SNP: 3% (=)
  • Plaid Cymru: 1% (-1)
  • Your Party: 0% (=)
  • Others: 1% (=)

Although all parties are within the margin of error of our final poll of Keir Starmer’s premiership, this is highest figure for Labour recorded in our tracker since January, and is up five points from the 16% low recorded for the party on four occasions between March and early May this year.

These latest figures also reaffirm the tightening of voting intention polls seen in recent months, with Reform, Labour and the Conservatives all within the margin of error of each other. By contrast, in the aftermath of May’s local elections, Reform UK polled a 28% vote share, with this representing an 11 point lead over any other party.
