YouGov BrandIndex data shows which non-alcoholic beverage brands Singapore adults would consider, and how the overall Top 10 performs across generations.

Singapore’s beverage market cuts across everyday staples, soft drinks, malt drinks, milk, juices, teas and functional drinks. Consideration data helps show which brands are making it into consumers’ purchase set, even before questions of frequency, loyalty or market share come into play.

Drawing on YouGov BrandIndex surveys of Singapore adults from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026, YouGov’s Singapore beverage rankings 2026 examine which non-alcoholic beverage brands people would consider the next time they are in the market to purchase a beverage.

The analysis focuses on current Consideration among Singapore adults, then compares the overall Top 10 brands across Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers+.

In this article, we cover:

  • Top 10 beverage brands by current Consideration among adults in Singapore
  • How Consideration for the overall Top 10 compares across generations
  • Methodology behind the rankings

Which beverage brands lead on Consideration in Singapore?

Milo ranks first in Singapore’s beverage Consideration ranking, with 34.7% of adults saying they would consider the brand the next time they are in the market to purchase a beverage. Coca Cola follows at 33.2%, putting the two leading brands 1.5 percentage points apart.

Meiji ranks third at 26.1%, followed by 100Plus at 24.9% and Pokka at 24.2%. The top five therefore spans chocolate malt, carbonated soft drinks, milk, isotonic drinks and ready-to-drink beverages rather than one beverage format.

The rest of the Top 10 includes Marigold HL Milk at 17.5%, Yeo’s at 16.8%, Pepsi at 15.9%, Ribena at 15.5% and Lipton at 14.3%.

Consideration is not a measure of consumption or market share. It captures which brands consumers say they would consider purchasing, giving marketers a view of which names are currently entering the choice set.

How does beverage Consideration differ by generation?

Milo has the broadest cross-generational profile in the ranking. It leads among Gen Z at 45.5%, Gen X at 31.3%, and Baby Boomers+ at 32.2%, while also ranking second among Millennials at 34.4%. That makes it the only brand in the overall Top 10 to hold a top-two position across all four generations shown.

Coca Cola’s strongest result comes among Millennials, where it leads the Top 10 at 42.4%. It also performs strongly with Gen Z at 35.6%, but its score is lower among Gen X at 28.0% and Baby Boomers+ at 22.4%. The brand is second overall, but the age split shows that its Consideration is especially concentrated among younger and midlife adults.

Pepsi is considered much more by younger generations in the table. It records 24.7% among Millennials and 21.9% among Gen Z, compared with 8.4% among Gen X and 7.4% among Baby Boomers+. Within the overall Top 10, that is a much sharper generational drop-off than most other brands.

Other brands show different patterns. 100Plus is stronger among Millennials and Baby Boomers+ at 27.4% and 27.3%, respectively, than among Gen Z at 18.8%. Meiji is comparatively steady across Gen Z, Millennials and Gen X, ranging from 25.4% to 28.8%, while Marigold HL Milk records its highest score among Baby Boomers+ at 20.7%.

That is what makes the generation view useful: the overall ranking shows which beverage brands enter the broadest choice set, while the age split shows where each brand has its strongest audience. For marketers, the more interesting question is not only who leads overall, but which brands travel well across generations and which ones depend more heavily on a particular age group.
