Which beverage brands lead on Consideration in Thailand?
Pepsi ranks first in YouGov’s Thailand beverage rankings 2026, with 47.2% of Thai adults saying they would consider the brand the next time they are in the market to purchase beverages. Coca-Cola follows at 42.6%, putting the two cola brands at the top of the rankings.
Singha Drinking Water ranks third at 35.7%, making it the highest-ranked bottled water brand in the table. Ready-to-drink tea brands also sit near the top: Ichitan ranks fourth at 32.7%, while Oishi ranks fifth at 31.2%.
Crystal places sixth at 29.7%, followed by Fanta at 24.9%, Nestle Pure Life at 24.9%, Sprite at 23.4%, and Namthip at 23.1%.
The shape of the Top 10 reflects how broad the beverage category is in Thailand. Colas lead the list, but bottled water and ready-to-drink tea brands also sit near the top, pointing to a ranking shaped by everyday refreshment needs rather than one drink type alone.
How does beverage Consideration differ by generation?
Pepsi remains highly competitive across age groups. It leads among Gen Z at 44.3%, Millennials at 50.0%, and Gen X at 46.7%. Among Baby Boomers+, Coca-Cola ranks first at 49.0%, ahead of Pepsi at 47.0%.
Singha Drinking Water shows one of the clearest age differences in the Top 10. Consideration stands at 22.7% among Gen Z, compared with 45.7% among Gen X and 46.8% among Baby Boomers+. That is a 24.1-point gap between Gen Z and Baby Boomers+.
Ichitan and Oishi move in the other direction. Ichitan records 33.7% Consideration among Gen Z and 35.1% among Millennials, compared with 20.2% among Baby Boomers+. Oishi records 34.9% among Gen Z and 31.5% among Millennials, compared with 21.8% among Baby Boomers+.
Crystal is steadier across older groups, with 30.6% Consideration among Millennials, 33.1% among Gen X, and 30.4% among Baby Boomers+. Fanta, Sprite, and Namthip sit closer together across most generations, although Fanta is weaker among Baby Boomers+ than among Millennials or Gen X.
The generation view does not change the overall leader, but it does change the texture of the ranking. Pepsi and Coca-Cola are broad-reach brands across age groups, while Singha Drinking Water performs much more strongly among older consumers in the Top 10, and Ichitan and Oishi show stronger Consideration among younger adults.
