We've expanded YouGov AI Agent across Crunch, our data analytics and visualization platform – meaning users can now explore all of their YouGov datasets through simple, natural language conversation. It's the latest innovation in our ongoing commitment to evolving the way clients access and interact with our data.

Following its successful launch in YouGov Profiles, AI Agent is now live across the full Crunch platform. That means data from YouGov Surveys: Serviced, YouGov Surveys: Self-serve, YouGov Custom Research, YouGov CategoryView and YouGov Profiles+ can all be explored through conversational queries. Clients who upload third-party data into Crunch can use AI Agent to interrogate those datasets too.

What this means for you

Any data collected among YouGov's global panel – whether from a bespoke custom study or a syndicated data product – is now accessible through natural language questions, with instant, validated answers returned directly from the data.
